We are interested in understanding distribution patterns, resource utilization and conservation needs of raptors, wetland birds and forest birds. Since 2013, we are examining the ecological requirements of Forest Owlet and other owl species to understand the mechanism of resource partitioning among sympatric owls. Through one of our recent projects, we are trying to understand interspecific interactions among hornbills, owls and woodpeckers.
